Check your current OC Management Agreement
Ask your current owners corporation manager for a copy of your agreement and understand the process for terminating the service. If your manager does not have a signed copy, there is no agreement to terminate.

Conduct a vote at an EGM
Call a general meeting with the specified agenda being to remove the existing manager and replace with Melcorp Strata. You will require a quorum of votes to be successful; that is 50% of total votes or 50% of lot entitlements.

Remove your existing manager
Follow the process within your OC agreement to remove your existing manager. The outgoing manager will have 28 days to return all funds and records to the owners corporation.

Sign an OC agreement with Melcorp Strata
Melcorp Strata will provide you with a new agreement for managing your owners corporation to meet your ongoing requirements. Sign and return this agreement to instate it.
