The team at Melcorp Property have been involved in all areas of property, from construction of single dwelling homes to multi-storey residential developments.

Managing Director and Licensed Estate Agent, Charles Vraca, together with the founder and Managing Director of PDG Corporation, Vince Giuliano, bring a wealth of experience to Melcorp Property. Charles has been involved in real estate for 25 years, spending 20 of those years as managing director of a successful real estate agency. Vince has been developing and building residential, retail and commercial projects in Melbourne for over 23 years.

Having identified a real need to provide an ongoing commitment and service to PDG’s clients, Melcorp Property was formed, with our sole purpose being to provide owners with the highest level of property management services.
